  • This invoice is rendered in accordance with the practice whereby we levy an annual fee for the provision of certain specified tax and secretarial services to be rendered during the 2025 calendar year.
  • The once-off levying of this fee not only simplifies our administration as your service provider but should also make matters easier for you as it will avoid a number of smaller invoices received throughout the year from ourselves.
  • We understand that the fee is levied up front and have therefore included a discount on the current invoice, which is valid until Friday, 31 January 2025. Should payment not be received by this date, the discount will be forfeited.
  • The relevant services as rendered to the respective entities, are as follows:
Company Close Corporation Trust Individual
Provisional tax returns x x x x
Examining of income tax assessment x x x x
Administration of records and the examining the income tax account at SARS x x x x
Safe-keeping and updating of secretarial documentation x x
  • Your invoice has been specifically tailored to include only the relevant items referenced above, meaning that you are not charged for services that we do not render to you.
  • Although we shall endeavour to avoid the rendering of any additional invoices to you regarding the above-mentioned services, it might be necessary to do so for work performed by ourselves in respect of a first or second provisional tax payment where calculations are required. In certain instances, your return may be selected for a verification where additional information and supporting documents must be provided to the South African Revenue Services and in other circumstances the lodgement of an objection or appeal against an incorrect assessment might also be required. In such cases we reserve the right to render an additional invoice.
We trust that you will find the above arrangements in order. You are welcome to address any queries in this regard to our debtors department, either telephonic at (021) 840 1600 or via e-mail (debtors@asl.co.za).

Let us provide you with peace of mind in order to enable you to focus on what you do best – business.
