About Jacques

Passionate about client service, Jacques focuses on delivering service excellence to his client portfolio. He is willing to go above and beyond expectations in order to ensure a client’s needs are catered for and their expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Jacques studied at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) and obtained a B.Com financial accounting degree in 2012. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Estate Planning from the University of the Free State in 2019.

He commenced with his articles at ASL in 2013. In December 2015, Jacques qualified as a professional accountant (SA) where after he has gained invaluable experience in client relations management and technical expertise while serving as Client Relations Manager, closely collaborating with Pieter Aucamp. In July 2019 he was promoted to associate of the ASL Group, with his subsequent appointment as director of ASL Trustdienste (Pty) Ltd, ASL (Pty) Ltd and ASL Tesourie (Pty) Ltd in January 2024.

Jacques is a member of the South African Institute for Professional Accountants (SAIPA).
